Sir, – I refer to the decision of the Government to introduce a second Special Criminal Court, apparently without much discussion with the legal profession.
If the existing Special Criminal Court was made more efficient by better scheduling of trials, you would eliminate the need for a second court and the current delays.
It looks like another Government decision made from a political bunker rather than by discussion and consensus.
