Sir, Perhaps someone can explain to me the need for churches (together with synagogues and mosques) to control schools. Substitute Black and White for Catholic, Protestant, Jew or Moslem and you have racial segregation.
Why is that evil and conducive to intolerance, but religious segregation not? Have the various Churches etc., so little trust in their own ability - and that of the parents in their flocks - to pass on their faiths to their children that State schools must do so for them? Yours, etc.,
