Given the repeated failure, to date, of Europe’s leaders to devise and implement a successful strategy in this regard, the cynics might argue that your headline – “Europe can solve debt problem, says Hu” – should more appropriately have read: “Europe can solve debt problem, says who?”. – Yours, etc,
