Madam, – Far from being “overturned” the tank shown on page 3 (Home News, February 26th) is the right way up and ready for action. The early tanks came in “male” and “female” versions. The former carried heavier guns which were mounted in sponsons on the side, as shown in the picture.
What conditions were like inside can only be imagined! – Yours, etc,
