Madam, - HAVING READ Brody Sweeney's review of the book on Starbucks (March 31st) and being a non-coffee drinker, I checked with my wife on his assertion that Starbucks' coffee is "awful". Her reply, as a visitor to both O'Brien's and Starbucks, included the words, "pot", "kettle" and "black"!
Surely, asking Brody Sweeney to review this book would be like asking Michael O'Leary to review a book on Aer Lingus. - Yours, etc,
