Sir, - I congratulate Barbara Johnston of the Congress of Catholic Secondary Schools Parents Associations (Opinion, March 12th) for at last representing the views of parents about this dispute. Do all teachers support this disgraceful action taken to advance their own sectional economic interests? Will they be able to enjoy their fully paid three-months vacation this summer after this has been done in their name? Everybody needs to support the institutions of the State from this appalling attack on civilised society. - Yours, etc.,
