Sir, - Your editorial of March 5th certainly hits the nail on the head. This country is seriously short of skilled and trained computer personnel. Advanced Technology College now has 500 students sitting on its doorstep abandoned, their courses not completed, and the Government seems totally uninterested in them.
I think the time has come for our leaders to put their money where their mouths are, and help their students, who in most cases are only three months away from graduation. Help them to complete these courses now, and so become part of that much needed work force. - Yours, etc.,
