Madam, - While I share Anna Barker's irritation (February 18th) at the protracted "Bye, bye, bye" ending creeping into telephone conversations, worse by far are the unknown callers who begin by saying: "Who is this?" To which the only satisfactory (and satisfying) reply, before promptly hanging up, is "Why, you of course!" - Yours, etc,
