Madam, - Yesterday I received a Christmas card from a TD and Dublin city councillor, neither of whom I know nor want to. I presume the card, envelope and postage are provided free to these people.
Could I, through your paper, ask any other public representatives who may have me on their Christmas list to please not send me a card but rather make a personal cash donation to some charitable cause instead? - Yours, etc.,
