Madam, - In response to Dermot O'Shea's problem with unwanted fliers being delivered through his letterbox (December 1st), I suffer the same problem but have noticed that many of these include Freepost reply envelopes.
I use these to return their rubbish (along with any other junk mail recently received). - Yours etc.,
