Sir, – If Britain leaves the EU, what is the status of UK citizens, like myself, who have a European Union passport (ie an Irish passport)? Will I be able to use my European Health Insurance Card and avail of the reciprocal free health facilities avaible to European Union citizens when I go to France or Spain?
Will I be able to make use of the European courts?
Will I be able to avail of the relatively free travel restrictions and not have to go through the border controls, which non-EU citizens have to endure, when I move from one EU country to another? – Yours, etc,
