Sir, - Your editorials (November 29th) make interesting reading. In one, entitled "Defeating Death" you rightly celebrate the life-affirming Irish research into causes of meningitis. However in "After the C Case" you welcome the High Court decision allowing the termination of the life of an unborn baby. And there is no consciousness of the irony.
