Sir, - On Tuesday this week I had to travel at short notice to London. I arrived at the Aer Lingus ticket desk and was quoted £353.87 to travel on a economy seat but at a "business class" fare. I asked for the economy price ticket but was told this would cost an extra £3! - Yours, etc.,
