Sir, – From the photograph in Tuesday’s edition, I note with interest that the EU negotiating team includes five women, whereas the UK team includes one woman, who is described as the Brexit secretary’s private secretary. Is this an indication that men in the UK are the better negotiators. Does anyone share my doubts? – Yours, etc,
