Madam, - It was a very pleasant surprise to read Pádraig Mannion's letter about The Non-Stop Connolly Show, and to be reminded of the UCG presentation. I absolutely agree with him where he writes of the great need to "advance the class politics of Connolly" today. And no more so than in regard to the recognition and valuing of women's work - by which token, the authors of the plays are Margaretta D'Arcy and John Arden (in that order). -
