Sir, - I noticed a particular book I wanted in Easons of O'Connell Street last Wednesday. It was priced at £24.99. When I came again next day to buy it, I saw the price had rocketed to £31.75. The reason given by a member of staff: "Exchange rate differences - we never increase prices ourselves.".
Can Easons management please elaborate further to ease suspicions of a Christmas rip-off?- Yours, etc.,
