Madam, - With petrol now selling at €1 a litre and likely to be at €1.40 by the end of the summer, could I suggest that the Minister for Finance might remove the five cents additional excise per litre which he quietly added in the past year? If he did this before the elections, who knows what effect it might have? - Yours, etc.,
