A chara, - Believe it or not, the Minister (despite the best advice of all those consultants, no doubt!) and her RTE interviewer are still unable to distinguish interlingually between "Luas" and "Lewis". They merged them repeatedly (and quite grotesquely) again recently on a radio programme. (No, "loose" did not occur on this occasion.)
