Madam, - When former priest Joe Mulvaney boasts that he has "spoken out for the implementation of Vatican II" (November 28th), would that include the instruction in the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy that "the use of the Latin language is to be preserved in the Latin rites"? Or are groups like BASIC and We Are Church interested only in the à la carte implementation of what they interpret as the "spirit of Vatican II"? - Yours, etc,
