Sir, – Just to alert Donal Skehan to the fact that he happens to be living in the Golden State (California), and not in the Sunshine State (Florida), as mistakenly highlighted in his new column (Magazine, March 12th).
Big difference but same great food. And to add that America is not just about burgers and fried chicken.
