The UN and North Korea

Sir, – I notice that the UN Security Council has gone into emergency session once again. No doubt another edict will be issued to the offending nation, which will then ignore it.

It seems that the North Koreans are continually raising the bar. When will they be told, “You should be ashamed of yourselves”?

This may have as much effect as a Security Council edict.– Yours, etc,
