Sir, - As the deflector systems are able to bring RTE and Network 2 to places which otherwise would not receive them, might it not be in the Government's interest to award them with the franchise for Telefis na Gaeilge? Is it that the current 60 per cent that receive this white elephant - sorry, cultural channel - the only viewers that it is interested in reaching? - Yours, etc.,
