A chara, - Even Jonathan Swift would have been exercised to have invented the spectacle of the board of Trinity College embattled against the Irish Georgian Society in its attempt to dismantle the Gate Lodge at Lincoln Place. The only honourable course now is for the board to resign en masse and I certainly hope that individual members will have the courage to do so. I further hope that present-day Swifts throughout the island of Ireland will hold up the administrators of Trinity College to public ridicule in the august columns of The Irish Times. - Is mise,
