UCD Women Graduates

Sir, - The Irish Association of Women Graduates and Candidate Graduates was founded in 1902

Sir, - The Irish Association of Women Graduates and Candidate Graduates was founded in 1902. To celebrate the millennium and to commemorate the efforts of those pioneering women, UCD Women Graduates' Association is assembling a compendium of recollections of women graduates of their time in UCD. We intend to produce an anthology which will give an overview of women's experiences in UCD during the 20th century.

Through the courtesy of your Letters page we ask women graduates to write to us about their memories of college. As a guideline we would like contributions to be from 400 to 1,000 words in length. Please take the time to add to this compendium which we hope will constitute a worthwhile tribute to the founding members and an acknowledgement of the active part that women have played in UCD. We have already received some submissions and thank those who have already contributed. Responses should be sent to Sally Corcoran, Development Studies Library, University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4. - Yours, etc., Sally Corcoran,
