Sir, - It is a sorry sign of the times when a major selling point for building land advertised in your Commercial Property supplement is that there is no social or affordable housing requirement. As a maximum of 20 per cent of land can be reserved for such housing under the Planning and Development Act, can we take it that 80 per cent of what is being built is unaffordable housing? Or that 100 per cent is unaffordable when no such restriction is in place? - Yours, etc.,
