Madam, - Iraq's interim prime minister, Iyad Allawi, denies there are civilian casualties in Falluja and the US army there refuses to permit members of the Red Cross to bring in medical aid. Is there anything more that can be said about the puppet-fascism of this "liberation"? I would be interested to hear from Irish writers as to whether they consider they should protest. - Yours, etc.,
