Sir, – I doubt anybody believes that Nate Diaz's success is solely based on his vegan diet (Dr Dáibhéad Ó Doráin, March 10th).

However, it is equally apparent that it has not stopped Nate Diaz from becoming an elite athlete either. – Yours, etc,
