Sir, - Last week I listened to the Minister for Public Enterprise, Mary O'Rourke, speak of her "first priority". The following day the junior Minister, Francis Fahey, spoke of his "main priority". Presumably, such tautology explains why neither of them (both ex-teachers) holds Education portfolios any more; or is it a matter of time before they "revert back"? - Yours, etc.,
