Madam, - Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Co Council has been laying a new footpath on the Sallynoggin Road since April 17th. It abandoned the project midway through week four, having laid approximately 75 metres of path. Yesterday An Bord Gáis began digging up the new paving. Do you think this was planned all along? - Yours, etc,
