Sir, – "Ireland's most expensive home: Seeking €14 million for the finest house on Ailesbury Road" (Property, September 16th) notes, "Earlier this year The Irish Times reported on the sale of Lissadell, at 9 Shrewsbury Road, for in excess of €11 million, and despite this sale occurring months ago, the transaction has yet to appear on the Residential Property Price Register."
That transaction was listed as “Uimhi (sic) a Naoi, Bótha (sic) Sriúsbaire, Dublin 4”. The price was €13.25 million. – Yours, etc,
