Sir, – It appears our Ministers are concerned about relaxing the 5km travel restriction.
The 5km limit makes no sense. Can someone explain the increased public health risk if a person gets into a car on their own and travels 30km rather than 5km? What is important is not the travel distance but what one does on arrival. That message is not being communicated clearly enough.
The general public will not buy into meaningless restrictions. Common sense is in short supply. – Yours, etc,
