Sir, - Peter Donnelly suggested (November 11th) a new acronym, WISE, for residents of the UK and Ireland (Welsh, Irish, Scottish, English). It might be worth noting that this idea has already been suggested by a UK-based neoNazi group which operates under the same name and promotes the notion that these islands be peopled only by those of Welsh, Irish, Scottish or English origin.
