Sir, - On December 12th you carried an advertisement seeking someone to fill "the newly created role of Head of Corporate Development". Accompanying the advertisement you showed a chessboard with the title "To Play and Win". Unfortunately, the white king and queen were placed on the wrong squares, which says little for "the highest standards of accuracy" referred to in the advertisement.
