Jackie Stafford, working from Audi Naas as the General Manager, is one of Audi’s top performing recruits and a leader in her field.
Starting her work in the motor industry back in 1996, Jackie worked as a receptionist in a very busy car dealership in Ballsbridge. Here she learned first-hand what skills are required to work in the automotive industry and to deliver the best in customer service.
Having perfected her talents in several dealerships in Dublin, she then moved on to Audi Naas where she took up the role of Sales Manager. She quickly moved up the ranks and she was promoted to General Manager in 2012, a position she still holds today.
Her day to day job involves overseeing the running of the dealership, leading sales and ensuring the utmost in quality is delivered to the Audi clients on a daily basis.
Discussing her work, Jackie said; ‘I am always very proud to be associated with such a prestigious brand as Audi. I am privileged to be given the opportunity to grow and develop the business here in Naas. Audi has been the No1 Premium Brand in Ireland for the past 6 years- the future for Audi Naas looks very bright.’
Audi Ireland @AudiIreland, recently launched their #WomenDrivers campaign. This began by the brand releasing a number of tweets, highlighting their advocacy initiative- #WomenDrivers.
The phrase 'women drivers’ on social media is a misconception, where negative stereotypes are being made against female drivers. Through the use of clever tweets Audi Ireland wanted to grab the attention of twittersphere.
Aine Smyth, Marketing and Communications Manager at Audi Ireland said; ‘We at Audi pride ourselves on being a very progressive brand. When it comes to #WomenDrivers we are no different – Jackie and her work for Audi embodies what it means to be a #WomanDriver.
She continued; ‘Jackie is part of a long line highly talented and successful women who work within the company. Michelle Mouton was the first female to ever win a major world rally championship event. She is still the last woman to compete in top-level rallying. Currently one of our chief race engineers; Leena Gade, was the first female race engineer to win the Le Mans 24 Hours for the Audi Sport Factory Team. ‘
