Our Professional Package is €2,500 + VAT. This package offers a full estate agency service that you would expect from any high street agent that charges 1.0 per cent to  2.5 percent + VAT + marketing costs for the same service. This package includes a free valuation, professional photography, floorplans, a for sale sign, your property listed on Daft & MyHome, social media and press coverage – and, most importantly, an experienced agent to advise and manage the sale of your property to ensure the best result is achieved.
