All I want for Christmas is . . . for someone else to do it for me! It might seem like a tall order (sorry) but the family-run Christmas Tree Company has been providing a Christmas Tree delivery and dressing service for more than 10 years. Owner Jennifer Kavanagh says the small, Wicklow-based company delivers, decorates and removes Christmas trees (real and artificial) to Dublin businesses and has seen an increase in interest from residential clients in recent years.
“Some people find it difficult to find the time to make their home feel festive. For older clients, it means there is no heavy lifting . . . and others just want a beautifully decorated tree to impress the neighbours,” she laughs.
The trees – Nobel and Nordmann fir – range from 6ft to over 20ft and prices start at €250 (thechristmastreecompany.ie).
