This year’s theme: “The Talent Revolution: Leading Change” is about people; as people are the future of work and the driving force behind activating that change.

The conference will explore the augmentation of the working world, through traits that are uniquely human on one hand and the technological on the other. We will unlock the latest thinking on the evolving talent supply chain, sustaining performance through engagement, leading beyond the odds, leading organisational transformation and the future of learning and development.

Drawing from a range of sources, the summit will offer practical advice on how talent leaders can lead change, to positively impact their colleagues, customers and communities. Delegates will hear from an array of organisations from around the globe who are at the forefront of talent management and hear inspiring stories of how change can be activated and sustained.

The purpose of the Talent Summit is to help build better working lives and better workplaces as the world of work augments.
