Woodchester Investments has announced that 61.74 per cent of group shareholders, including Credit Lyonnais which owns 54 per cent of the group, have taken scrip dividends instead of cash payments for their final dividend for 1996. As a result 2,399,293 new Woodchester shares have been issued increasing group issued share capital by 1.11 per cent.
