Ideal fourball: who and where? Jack Nicklaus, Annika Sorenstam, Jodie Kidd at Waterville Golf Club.
One last round on earth: where would it be? Hyannis Port Golf Club, a superb links course on Cape Cod, which offers a wonderful test of golf with breathtaking views of the Cape across to Martha's Vineyard.
Ralph Lauren or Lyle & Scott? Whichever is on special offer at McGuirk's

One Mulligan in life? Finishing the 15th at Moonah Links, Victoria, where I collapsed - after a great drive - and was brought to hospital by ambulance.
