TWO TEAMS with a single victory so far this season. Dungannon narrowly beat UCD last time out, while Dophin's solitary success also came against students, the Limerick ones of UL Bohemians. In the context of their respective seasons to date this match this has the hallmark of an eight-pointer.

Galwegians v Old Belvedere

SINCE LOSING on the opening weekend of the season Galwegians have managed successive wins, including a well-crafted victory over Ballymena at Eaton Park last time out. Old Belvedere are unbeaten after three games, a run that may come to an end this afternoon. Home advantage could prove pivotal. Verdict:Galwegians.

St Mary's v Constitution

LAST WEEKEND St Mary's unbeaten start to the season came to an end when they ran into a Clontarf team bolstered by a couple of Leinster professionals in Cameron Jowitt and Seán O'Brien, the latter contributing two tries. Munster's game against Ulster this evening denies Con the services of a couple of provincial squad members.

Verdict:St Mary's College.

Terenure College v Shannon

THE DUBLIN club have been on the receiving end of a couple of heavy defeats already this season when travelling to Con and Blackrock. They made an altogether better fist of it at home to Clontarf and with Shannon missing all their representative players, they could go close to an unlikely win.

Verdict:Draw.

UCD v Blackrock College

Belfield

ABOUT THE last team the Dublin students need to oppose at the moment is a free-scoring, unbeaten Blackrock. UCD have lost narrowly - losing bonus points - in their last two outings but given the potency of today's opponents, they'll do well to stay in touch. Rock have a couple of injury doubts in Shane Monaghan and Niall Morris.

Verdict:Blackrock.

Young Munster v Clontarf

THE DUBLIN club will have Leinster players Cameron Jowitt and Seán O'Brien available and along with the under-rated Shane Crawford should give Clontarf the power to cope with the home pack. Munsters won well last time out against Con but may find this a tougher prospect.

Garryowen v Buccaneers

THE LIMERICK club have yet to win a match this season but did manage a 17-17 draw with Shannon last time out. They simply have to win this match and with the benefit of home field support should do so.
