Ballymena v UL Bohemians,Eaton Park - Ballymena appear to have finally got some rhythm into their season, the defeat to Dungannon last week excluded as an Ulster derby defeat can be interpreted as a one-off.

Last three matches: Ballymena - LWW. UL Bohemians - WWW.

Verdict: Home win.

Blackrock College v Belfast Harlequins, Stradbrook - The Division One whipping boys produced a shock last week by turning over Shannon at the Grafton Arena. They will see this as a must-win game if the miracle of avoiding relegation is to be achieved.

Referee: Ger English (Munster)

Last three matches: Blackrock - LLL. Belfast Harlequins - WLL.

Verdict: Home win

Buccaneers v Dolphin, Dubarry Park - Both clubs remain perilously close to the relegation scrap. Buccs to prevail.

Referee: Alan Lewis (Leinster)

Last three matches: Buccaneers - LLW. Dolphin - LLW.

Verdict: Home win.

Clontarf v St Mary's College, Castle Avenue - Clontarf have become title contenders, a surprise considering their opening few performances, but their south Dublin rivals arrive at Castle Avenue in a rich vein of form.

Referee: Peter Fitzgibbon (Munster)

Last three matches: Clontarf - DWW. St Mary's - WLL.

Verdict: Home win.

Cork Constitution v Galwegians, Temple Hill - Con look like champions elect, even if it's the play-offs that count, while Galwegians have been awesome at home. If they bring that form south it could be a cracking encounter.

Referee: John Carvill (Leinster)

Last three matches: Cork Con - WWD. Galwegians - DWL.

Verdict: Home win.

Dungannon v Lansdowne, Stevenson Park - Lansdowne haven't hit the standards expected considering the talent in their squad. Dungannon have grabbed hold of the fourth play-off spot so they will be fighting to retain it.

Referee: Ger Clancy (Munster)

Last three matches: Dungannon - WWW. Lansdowne - LWW.

Verdict: Home win.

Shannon v UCD, Thomond Park - Shannon going three games without a win is a rarity in the history of the AIL. Don't expect it to be stretched to four, despite UCD's mini-resurgence last weekend. Irish hooker Jerry Flannery will feature for at least 40 minutes as he attempts to regain match fitness ahead of the Six Nations.

Referee: Simon McDowell (Ulster)

Last three matches: Shannon - LLD. UCD - WLL.

Verdict: Home win.

Terenure College v Garryowen, Lakelands Park - Another difficult one to call. Terenure have been digging deep in recent weeks to ensure they avoid a quick return to Division Two, while Garryowen's campaign is on the verge of total collapse. The visitors' need to stop a three-game losing streak may provide the greater motivation.

Referee: David Keane (Leinster)

Last three matches: Terenure - WWL. Garryowen - LLL.

Verdict: Away win.
