The customary start to the All-Ireland weekend takes place at Kilmacud Crokes on Saturday with the All-Ireland Hurling Sevens tournament. As always, there will be heated competition for the three honours - the AIB Cup, the Shield (for weaker counties), and the under-16 title.
Tipperary's Portroe are back to defend their title in the 32-strong competition. The venues will be spread over the Kilmacud Crokes' ground in Stillorgan, St Benildus College, Silverpark and Deerpark, with the final at 6 p.m.
