Two surprise goals by Mark Brennan for Louth put a better look on the half-time scoreline of 2-9 to 2-3, Paddy Cunningham and Justin Crozier snapping up the Antrim goals.
Despite a 20-minute dry scoring spell for Antrim after the break they still coasted home.
