Antrim 0-10 Cavan 0-9:A cracking third-quarter display at Casement Park last night earned Antrim victory over Cavan. The teams were level on 0-5 at half-time but Antrim struck three points on the restart.

Michael McCann pointed two frees and Conor Murray scored from play before Martin Reilly notched Cavan's first point, from a free, to leave it 0-8 to 0-6 in favour of Antrim after 48 minutes. McCann sent over two more frees for Antrim to open a four-point gap before Reilly (two) and John McCutcheon left just the minimum between the sides. Cavan had a couple of late efforts but failed to get on terms.
