Australia coach Eddie Jones has not pulled any punches in selecting his 22-man squad to face England in Saturday's Cook Cup clash at Twickenham.
The Wallaby coach has named an unchanged line-up from the team that racked up a new Australian record points tally for a Test in thumping Spain 92-10 in Madrid last week.
Jones has also retained most of the side that defeated the Lions 2-1 this summer as the world champions aim to reclaim the Cook Cup they lost in such controversial and dramatic style a year ago.
Only retired former captain John Eales and wing Andrew Walker are missing from Saturday's squad compared with those that triumphed against the Lions in Sydney, with Ben Darwin starting at tighthead prop ahead of Rod Moore the only other change.
"At this stage Ben provides us with a little more room around the paddock," Jones explained. "Later on in the match though Rod is likely to come on because I think we can profit more with having Ben starting and Rod finishing."
The rest of the Australian pack will also test England to the limit. Justin Harrison and David Giffin are a formidable second-row pairing while Owen Finegan, George Smith and Toutai Kefu form arguably the best back row in world rugby.
The clash on the openside flank between Smith and England captain Neil Back will be an intriguing one, with the dynamic Australian having gained the upper hand in their clashes during the Lions tour.
Jones maintained he has taken no comfort in Woodward's radical team changes this week, among which saw Jason Leonard dropped in a complete overhaul of the front row.
Meanwhile, Springboks coach Harry Viljoen went for experience when he recalled winger Pieter Rossouw for Saturday's one-off Test with France at the Stade de France instead of Dean Hall.
Viljoen brought in just one new cap to the starting line-up in centre Trevor Halstead, who will link up with Braam van Straaten for the first time. However only four of the line-up from the second Test victory over the French in Durban survive.
Their main injury worry is scrumhalf Joost van der Westhuizen, who along with lock Mark Andrews is the sole survivor of the 1995 World Cup win, as he had to curtail his training with a left calf problem but the camp are confident he will be fit.
France have called up New Zealander Tony Marsh to replace injured centre Xavier Garbajosa for the Test. French officials said Marsh, who plays for Montferrand, is eligible because he has lived in France for more than three years and has not played for the All Blacks first team.
The 29-year-old will join South African prop Pieter de Villiers as the second foreign player to represent France on Saturday.
Garbajosa's exit follows the withdrawals on Monday of three first-choice players - the other centre Stephane Glas and locks Fabien Pelous and Olivier Brouzet.
