Bath put back hearing

Bath have put back their disciplinary hearing for prop Kevin Yates from tomorrow until February 3rd

Bath have put back their disciplinary hearing for prop Kevin Yates from tomorrow until February 3rd. The rugby club have made the move on legal advice from Michael Burton QC, appointed by Bath to chair the hearing.

England prop Yates remains suspended on full pay, which means he will miss next Saturday's English Cup fifth-round tie against Recreation Ground visitors Richmond, plus the Heineken Cup final appointment with European champions Brive the following weekend.

Yates was suspended by his club following the alleged ear-biting incident that left London Scottish flanker Simon Fenn requiring 28 stitches when the rivals met in a cup match nine days ago.
