The inquiry crisis that threatened to ravage Old Belvedere for Saturday's AIB League Division One clash with Blackrock College at Stradbrook appears to have eased. Hooker Jonathan Mion, second row Hugh McDonnell and flanker Fergal O'Beirne, all considered doubtful initially, have been named in the team.

South African out-half Robbie Rein is injured, though, so Billy Treacy will partner Barry Murphy at half-back. Peter McKenna, having finished his exams, returns at full-back.

Both Terenure and Lansdowne have named unchanged sides from those selected last week. Terenure did not play because Dooradoyle was unplayable while Lansdowne, who visit Clontarf on Saturday, thrashed Old Crescent.

John Forde is out of the Dolphin team to meet Terenure because of a thigh strain. Richie Power comes into the second row while Dave Pomeroy replaces Dan Sheehan at open-side.
