Tote Cheltenham Gold Cup favourite See More Business will have his Festival prep race in the Aon Chase at Newbury on Saturday, trainer Paul Nicholls confirmed yesterday.

The 10-year-old, winner of the Charlie Hall Chase at Wetherby and Kempton's Pertemps King George VI Chase this season, will run in the colours of new joint-owner Robert Ogden for the first time. If See More Business is successful at Newbury and goes on to lift the Gold Cup for the second year running he will also land a £100,000 bonus for connections.

Meanwhile, Adrian Maguire, who has not ridden since Musselburgh last Tuesday, is hoping to return to action later this week.

The jockey was forced to give up his rides at Newcastle the following day after suffering back spasms at the Scottish track.

Brendan Powell, who has not ridden since taking a heavy fall at Doncaster nine days ago when he cracked a couple of ribs, hopes to return to action as well later this week. "I don't know which day I'll be back on, possibly the middle of the week," the jockey said yesterday.
