Sligo Grammar School ... 37 St Muireadach's ... 5:SCHOOLS RUGBY/Connacht Senior Cup, Quarter Finals:Sligo Grammer School cruised to a runaway 37-5 win over battling St Muireadach's in this Connacht Schools Senior Cup quarter-final at the Grammar School grounds yesterday.

The home side dictated the play in both halves as the Mayo College struggled to put constructive moves together.

Mark Butler opened the scoring with a penalty in the third minute and the full back finished the game as top scorer with 12 points.

First half tries from Luis Rodriquez and Ross O'Boyle gave Grammar an 18-0 interval lead.

Brian Taylor and Aidan Blake added well worked tries early in the second half to put the game well out of the visitors reach. Pat Hackett got in for a St Muireadach's try in stoppage time.
