Dubliner Mark Campbell was in sensational form as he powered his way into the third round of the British Boys' Championship at Saunton in North Devon yesterday. The Stackstown player was superb from tee and green and was accurate with his short game to send Tony Keeton crashing to a 6 and 4 defeat.

Waterford teenager, Lee Dalton, who is anxious to secure a place in the Britain and Ireland Boys' side to face the Continent of Europe at the end of the month, was also in outstanding form as he swept into the third round with a 6 and 5 thrashing of Sussex golfer, Matt Summerfield. Dalton won the first two holes and was four up at the turn.
